About BacklinkMonitorBot, our crawler

BacklinkMonitorBot is the crawler of backlinkmonitor.net. It opens a web page that one of our users asked us to monitor, once a day, to see whether a link to their site is still there. It reads the page like a browser would, does not log in or submit forms, and is polite: at most two requests at a time to the same site. If you would rather not be visited, write to [email protected] with the domain.
