Pricing questions
Do you offer a free plan?
Yes. Every account can monitor 10 links for free, for as long as you like, with daily checks, alerts, reports and exports. Index Watch starts at Starter. No card needed.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time. Upgrade when you add more links; downgrade or cancel from Your plan. If a plan ends and you have more links than it allows, the newest ones are paused, never deleted, and resume when you upgrade.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards and the wallets our payment processor supports (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay), chosen at checkout. We never see your card number. For Agency plans we can arrange a bank transfer on request.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe over an encrypted connection. Card data never touches our servers.
Do you offer a discount for yearly billing?
Yes, and it is the default: pay for twelve months upfront and get two months free or a little more. Prices are whole euros. Switch to monthly billing with the toggle at the top.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The price you see is what you pay: no setup fee, no per-alert fee, no extra charge for any feature. Taxes (such as VAT) are added at checkout where the law requires them.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, in one click under Your plan. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for and we do not charge you again.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account stays and drops to the Free plan: your links, history and reports are still there (links above 10 are paused, not deleted), and you can export everything as CSV at any time. Delete the account yourself and the data is removed.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not happy, ask within 14 days of paying and we refund the payment in full. Write to [email protected] or open a ticket. Read the full refund policy.
Is there a referral program?
Yes. Bring paying customers and your own plan becomes free for as long as they keep paying. See Referral program in your account.
